We specialize in new commercial construction, commercial tenant improvement, both commercial and residential concrete, and construction management. We construct barndominiums and build both custom, weld-up metal buildings and pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMBs).

Barndominium Design
The Scope of Services:

Design Development (DD): preliminary meetings with the owner as needed to develop and execute a preliminary design, Site Plan, Floor Plan, Elevations

Construction Documents (CD’S): Permit drawings developed from the approved Design Development drawings. These typically include: Cover/Site Plan, Floor plan (includes plumbing fixtures), Elevations, Building Sections, Roof Plan, Electrical and other drawings as needed to build the project

Structural Drawings (Foundation and Steel Framing) reviewed by a Structural Engineer and stamped by an Architect

“Manual J” mechanical design and Mechanical Drawing
