Different Project Types
01
Barndominiums
("Barndos")
A "barndo" is a versatile, barn-style building, typically constructed with a metal frame. Often combines residential living quarters with functional, open spaces like workshops, garages, or barns. They are popular for their rustic, open-concept design, and high-quality construction.
02
Custom Weld-up Metal Buildings
A building with a "field-fabricated" structure where steel components (columns, rafters, girts) are cut, fitted, and welded together directly on the job site rather than being pre-engineered and bolted. These structures are highly customized, often using raw steel or raw steel components, offering superior flexibility for custom, non-standard shapes, or non-standard shapes and sizes, as well as robust designs.
03
Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings
PEMBs are steel structures built from factory-fabricated components, designed to precise specifications for quick assembly on-site, offering a cost-effective, durable, and fast alternative to conventional construction for uses like warehouses, hangars, and commercial spaces. Key parts are built in a controlled factory and shipped as a kit for simple, bolted assembly.
04
Commercial Construction
The planning, design, and building of structures for business or income-producing purposes, such as offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and hotels. These structures are designed for high-traffic, public, or specialized commercial use and are often large-scale and complex, adhering to strict commercial building codes.
05
Commercial & Residential Concrete
Commercial concrete is a high-strength, durable material designed for heavy, frequent use in commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure projects. Residential concrete is typically lower strength and designed for smaller-scale, aesthetic-focused applications like homes and patios.
06
Tenant Improvement
Tenant improvement (TI), or leasehold improvement, refers to construction projects that modify or upgrade a rented commercial, retail, or office space to meet a specific tenant's operational needs and branding. These improvements range from cosmetic changes to major structural renovations.
