What we provide

Project Design

We offer complete building design services including Design Development, Construction Documents, Permit Drawings, Structural Drawings (Foundation & Steel Framing) reviewed by a Structural Engineer and stamped by an Architect, and “Manual J” mechanical design and Mechanical Drawing.

Construction Management

We are involved in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are finished on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Site Evaluation

We provide a critical, pre-construction assessment of a land's physical, environmental, and legal suitability for development. We identify potential challenges, such as poor soil, drainage issues, or zoning restrictions.

Construction

We construct projects by following the detailed design and plans through all stages from Initiation/Conception, Planning & Design, Pre-Construction, Procurement, the actual building phase, and Post-Construction/Closeout.
