What We Provide

Design Development
Preliminary meetings held with the owner as needed to develop and execute a preliminary design, Site Plan, Floor Plan, Elevations.

Construction
Documents
Permit drawings are developed from the approved Design Development drawings. These typically include: Cover/Site Plan, Floor plan (includes plumbing fixtures), Elevations, Building Sections, Roof Plan, Electrical and other drawings as needed to build the project.

Structural Drawings
Structural Drawings (Foundation and Steel Framing) are reviewed by a Structural Engineer and stamped by an Architect.
